Returns Policy

We provide same day shipping for orders placed before 2pm. Orders after 2pm will be next shipped the next day. Items ordered on a Friday or over the weekend will be sent out Monday. Please allow upto 72 hours before shipping for personally engraved products. For international order please allow upto 14 days for delivery.

Please Note - Customers are responsible for any  fees associated with receiving deliveries outside of New Zealand, including customs clearance, brokerage fees, sales tax, GST, VAT, duties, or levies.
